Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GreenTuber ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the GreenTuber web browser for iPhone and iPad. If you have any questions, contact us at hoangthutran2001@gmail.com.

The short version

1. Information on your device

The App stores the following only on your device. It is not sent to us:

This information is deleted when you delete the App.

2. Websites you visit

GreenTuber is a web browser. When you open a website, your device connects directly to that website, which receives information any browser shares, such as your IP address and browser details, and may set its own cookies. Each website's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.

The App does not send us your browsing history, the pages you open, what you type into websites, or your searches. Cookies, cache and website data are stored on your device. You can delete them at any time with Clear Browsing Data in the App's menu.

The built-in ad blocker works entirely on your device, using block lists included in the App.

3. Device permissions

A website you visit may ask to use your camera, microphone, location or photo library, for example to upload a photo or show nearby results. iOS asks for your permission first. If you allow it, the information goes to that website only. The App does not collect it or send it to us. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings > GreenTuber.

4. Analytics and crash reports

We use the following Google Firebase services to understand how the App is used, fix problems and configure features:

This information is not linked to your name or contact details. Learn more in Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising

The App is free and shows ads. Ads are delivered through ad mediation platforms that choose ads from several ad networks. To show and measure ads, these partners may collect your IP address, device and operating system details, the identifier for vendors (IDFV), and information about how you interact with ads.

When you first open the App, iOS asks whether the App may track you. Advertising partners can use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized ads only if you choose Allow. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, they can't access it, and you may see less relevant ads. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

6. AI Assistant

When you ask the AI Assistant a question, the text you type is sent to our AI service provider, OpenAI, to generate an answer. We don't store your questions or answers on our own servers. OpenAI processes them under its Privacy Policy. Please don't include personal or sensitive information in your questions.

7. WebFlow webhooks

If you add a webhook address to a WebFlow step, the App sends a request to that address when the step starts. You choose the address, and the request goes directly to it. We don't receive these requests.

8. How we use information

9. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers described in Sections 4 to 6, so they can perform their services. We may also disclose information if required by law, or if needed to protect the rights, safety or security of our users, the public or us.

10. Retention

Information stored on your device remains until you delete it or delete the App. Information collected by Firebase and our advertising partners is kept according to their own retention policies, linked above.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and California, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email us. Because we don't collect your name or contact details, we often can't tell which data relates to you, but we will explain what we can do and help where we can. For data held by Firebase or our advertising partners, you can also contact them directly through the links above.

12. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. Data sent by the App to our service providers is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we may also let you know in the App.
